Welcome to The Avenue. Relax at this cosy place to stay. This 2 bedroom guest house is excellent for a small family or group of friends taking a holiday to the snowy mountains. Our location provides a great base for your adventures. Only 1 hour and 20 mins to Thredbo and Perisher Ski Fields. Located just off the Monaro highway only 3 mins drive to Cooma’s Town Centre. Cosy Modern Guest house built 2018. Bedroom one has a Queen Bed, Bedroom two has 2 single beds. Bathroom and Laundry are in one room while the toilet has a separate room. Bathroom/ Laundry has shower, vanity, washing machine and clothes dryer, no bath. Kitchen and lounge room are a light filled cosy open plan design.

Great place to stay, really lovely little place for 4 people to go to the snow! Linda was lovely and even let us check in HOURS beforehand
We had a great time at Linda's place. It's got everything you need and it's a nice, warm and light filled space. Comfy beds and plenty of room.
Lovely place to stay, beautiful location. It was a nice little cozy nook. Would 100% recommend as a great place to stay for a little family. Has everything you need, from dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen utensils etc. A good distance from the snow and an easy drive in and out each day. Plenty to do in Cooma. The host was lovely and very accommodating.

The guest house is yours to enjoy but our home is also on the 5 acres. We share the same driveway access to the property but the guest house is fully fenced separately on the 5 acres for your privacy. Guests have full access to the fenced guest house only. The rest of the property is for the owners use only and is not to be accessed by guests. We do have a friendly dog that resides with the owners on the property that you may encounter driving to and from the guest house. The dog does not have access to the fenced guest house.
We are located 3 mins drive from Cooma town centre. You will need a car to get around. Parking at the guest house is free.
