First, the homes were very clean, nicely decorated, and seemed brand new. They were ideal for hosting large groups. Lots of seating available too. The location was not far from the historic sites or shops. We would definitely rebook!

We were a big group, all family members, the two houses were perfect for us, with a lot of space inside and outside. The patio in between the houses was great! We really enjoyed the fire pit, specially during the cold nights! Susan was very helpful and always responded quickly to my texts! Houses are very close to historic St. Augustine! If you are a big group like us this is the property for you!
