Great place, relaxing interior and color choices. Very quiet and at the end of the hallway. You wont love the way the security and front desk people treat you. But this isnt the hosts fault, sadly its just bad hiring and policy on the part of this building. It became quite annoying to be asked by the same people the apartment number as though we shouldnt be there. I am a very successful person and deserve basic, common respect. I didnt get that from building security or front desk girls. Other than that, the host is amazing, the apartment is very Japandi as descibed. Theres a mall next door with indoor and outdoor parts and gondola water boats that seem very relaxing if its not a weekend. Everything you need is in that mall. I would say the best grocery store in Manila is inside the venice mall. Its called the market place. The grocery store Robinsons across from the building is awful, dont shop there. I would love to stay there again if the staff were better.

Marianne’s place was just what I needed. In the heart of BGC and close to everything. Place was clean and had everything I needed to cook Robinson market across the street was great I will stay here again
