Situated in the quaint village of Goudhurst, you're only a walk away from traditional country pubs. The open-plan living area of this property is flooded with natural light, thanks to French doors and large windows. Complementing this is the decor, which is fresh and neutral throughout. The spacious kitchen has plenty of space to cook and entertain, and a dining table seats four. A stunning lounge area looks out onto the large enclosed garden, where you can curl up in front of the wood burner and take in the scenery. Upstairs, a comfortable double bedroom has a contemporary en-suite, and the second bedroom has a versatile zip-and-link bed which can be made into a twin or a king-size. Outside, the large garden has a terrace with an outdoor dining table for catching the last rays of the evening sun, and the property comes with access to a shared outdoor swimming pool. The rural location of this property is surrounded by High Weald walking and cycling routes, meaning you can explore the area whilst staying close to your base. Walk the mile route down to Goudhurst to enjoy a snapshot of traditional village life and treat yourself to a pint in a local pub. Jump in the car and head 11 miles out to the historic town of Royal Tunbridge Wells, where you can soak up independent shops and wonderful eateries, as well as beautiful gardens. For a full day out, be sure to head 24 miles south to the popular beach location of Camber Sands and lounge on the golden sand. All outdoor furniture in the Coach House grounds is available and the sun loungers by the pool are too they must be wiped down after use. The dining table and chairs in the pool house are unavailable.
