I had a wonderful time staying at this apartment in Venice. The location is perfect for travelers, being close to key transportation hubs, which made our arrival and departure very easy. The apartment is situated in a cozy, authentic neighborhood, allowing us to fully immerse in the true atmosphere of Venice. The charming local cafes and small shops added a special charm to our stay. Major attractions were within walking distance, making our city walks very convenient and enjoyable. A special highlight of the apartment was the wonderful rooftop terrace. Watching the sunset from there and having breakfast early in the morning was a delight, providing a serene spot to relax and enjoy the views. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, allowing us to unwind after a busy day. This place perfectly combines convenience and authenticity, and I highly recommend it to anyone planning to visit Venice.

We had an unforgettable time. This apartment location was fantastic. Close to the train station which was a plus as walking in Venice with luggage was fine but did not want to do a long hike. There is an incredible bar with great food right around the corner. The apartment is in a local area. Saw many elementary kids going to school in the morning. Being in a local area it was great to escape the crowds of the main section which was a short walk 10 minutes to Rialto Bridge. There is a piazza with many good restaurants just a two minute straight walk away also. Perfect location. Actually the location was the cherry on top of a breathtaking city center. The apartment was very comfortable and we used the roof top deck for our morning coffee from the cafe and at night to relax after the day. It had everything we needed. It was not a big deal but the downstairs bedroom mattress was a little too firm. It could use a cushy mattress topper. But otherwise, it was a perfect blend of old charm an

Wohnung in ruhiger Lage mit schöner Dachaussicht in der Nähe der Uni daher viele junge Leute in den Restaurants, was sehr gemütlich ist. Vom Bahnhof gut zu Fuß erreichbar. GASTGEBERIN REAGIERT AUF ALLE ANFRAGEN PROMPT! Waschmaschine mit Waschmittel Super zu empfehlen auch für 2 Paare. Weil 2 Schlafzimmer 2 Badezimmer mit Toilette. 5 Sterne für die Gastgeberin
