The unit is themed in an exciting jungle theme, complete with hand-painted murals. LBV Resort & Spa has luxury accommodations, and it is in the BEST LOCATION in Orlando. Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, and ESPN Wide World of Sports are each less than 10 miles away, with no toll roads between the resort and the Parks. There are two supermarkets within one mile (Publix and Walmart) and outlet shopping is across the street. Enjoy our on-site pirate ship pool & waterslide, restaurants, arcade, bars, fitness center, and spa. The outlet stores and a mini mart are just across the street. Publix and Walmart (grocery stores) are within one mile. The resort offers free parking and a shuttle service to Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Universal Studios, and Sea World, so you can avoid paying for parking at the parks. LOCATION This unit is in Building 5 (popular for easy pool access). Along with all the amenities of a resort, you also have all the COMFORTS OF HOME: Wi-fi, a full kitchen, a washer/dryer, free parking, and a private balcony with a view to Magic Kingdom's nightly firework show! Easy access to grocery stores, Starbucks, and a number of fast-food service locations. There are two Amazon Lockers nearby, so you can order items for your trip and ship them to one of the lockers (size/weight limitations apply). If you have Amazon Prime and forgot something at home, you can order it online and have it delivered to the locker in a day or two. This unit is near outlet stores. Do you want to pick up sunglasses, an extra outfit, flip flops, some Disney merchandise at a discount, or a new suitcase (in case you bought more than you planned)? The LBV Factory Stores are a 4-minute walk. Shops include Gap, Levi's Carter's, Nike, Croc's, Old Navy, Vitamin World, and more. The outlet stores are especially fun in December as Santa is available for pictures! We provide enough laundry soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your entire trip. Parking is FREE, if you need it. There is a shuttle that will take you to Walt Disney World (Magic Kingdom), EPCOT, Universal Studios, and Sea World. Our kitchen contains a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. It also has a toaster, coffee pot, blender, hand mixer, pots, pans, cookie sheets, dishes, glasses, flatware, measuring cups, measuring spoons, and salt/pepper. With an in-unit washer and dryer, means you can pack less, leaving room in your suitcase for souvenirs. Lots of nearby restaurant options. COMFORT Every room has a ceiling fan. While this is slightly advantageous in the winter, it can be a lifesaver in the summer! ENTERTAINMENT The "Pirate Plunge" themed pool with its impressive pirate ship appeals to adventurers of all ages. The zero-entry "beach" access is ideal for little pirates (or anyone who is unable to use stairs) and the umbrella spray fountains make for a fun way to cool off without having to submerge. Although the top deck of the pirate ship is no longer accessible to guests, there is a fun slide that goes through the hull of the ship. (Guest must be 48" or taller to use the slide.) Other fun features around the pool include hot tubs and hammocks, plus 2 outdoor showers. There are poolside tables where you can relax under an umbrella and sip a cool drink from the tiki bar. Or, alternatively, you might enjoy the smaller Relaxation pool on the other side of the resort. RESORT AMENITIES – Two pools: one is a pirate-themed pool that will entertain kids for hours. The other is a queieter pool called "Relaxation Pool." – Poolside "tiki bar" – Two hot tubs, one by each pool – On-site dining – Fitness Center (open 24 hours a day so you can get in a workout before and/or after your park day!) – Convenience store & gift shop (with groceries, toiletries, souvenirs, and a Pizza Hut Express counter) – Arcade/Game room (with pool tables and video games, open 24 hours; tokens required for play) – Full service spa/salon for pampering that has services for both adults and children. RESORT RULES NO SMOKING NO PARTIES NO PETS MY FAVORITE PART OF THIS CONDO I enjoy having breakfast or lunch on the balcony while enjoying the view. Though I may not be at Disney, it’s so nearby that I still feel in touch with the "magic." See if you can spot the unique roof of Cirque du Soleil, or the "Aerophile" balloon that occasionally soars above Disney Springs. At night, the thrill rides of Old Town Kissimmee can be seen glowing. Can you guess what they are? In the Fall and Winter you might be lucky enough to catch a beautiful, cotton-candy pink sky at sunset.
