With glorious sea views, this light and welcoming reverse-level holiday home is a perfect getaway for larger families and groups of friends seeking an idyllic retreat in the heart of a quaint maritime village. Ideal for exploring the beautiful beaches of North Devon, the property offers spacious accommodation for up to eight guests, and features a sweet balcony and bubbling hot tub for you to luxuriate in. Situated on the outskirts of Appledore, this relaxing hideaway has been charmingly furnished and decorated in tasteful neutral shades and features high vaulted ceilings, picture windows, snug underfloor heating and a lovely garden to unwind in. Entering the property, head upstairs to the first floor which features a spacious and elegant open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The cheery lounge has a stunning flame-effect electric fire, a Smart TV, a Sonos soundbar and plenty of seating, perfect for everybody to relax in after a great day exploring this spellbinding area. The large central dining table is ideal for special occasions and family feasts, and there’s also a handy breakfast bar over by the fully equipped kitchen. Just off the main lounge area, a separate snug has a Smart TV and a selection of books and games, making a great space for younger guests to amuse themselves. Returning to the ground floor you will find an invigorating family bathroom and four beautifully furnished bedrooms, all with Smart TVs: you can choose between a charming king-size room, a pretty twin and two delightful super-king-size rooms, with three of the rooms offering sea glimpses. From the lounge, sliding doors lead onto a lovely balcony which stretches the length of the property and features plenty of seating so you can enjoy the views and a drink in the evening. Another set of sliding doors opens out from the dining area onto a large, enclosed patio area with superb sea views, plenty of garden furniture, a BBQ and a hot outdoor shower. A few steps lead up to the lawn with ample room for children to run and play, and an upper terrace features the hot tub, further furniture and views out over Northam Burrows.
