This beautiful coastal property provides a convenient base to explore the heart of North Devon and sits close to two miles of golden sands, making it the perfect retreat for families and dogs. Located in the unrivalled location of Westward Ho! it’s convenient for accessing both the beach, and the village with a variety of restaurants, shops and cafes along with a surf school and the championship golf course; Royal North Devon. The wider Bideford Bay includes the nearby villages of Appledore and Instow, both within 5 miles and well worth a visit. Other attractions in the area include The Big Sheep (3.5 miles), The Milky Way Adventure Park and The North Devon Wake Park (11 miles) for water sports enthusiasts, or why not hop on the MS Oldenburg and take a day trip from Bideford Quayside (3 miles) to the beautiful island of Lundy? As you enter the property you will find yourself in a spacious entrance hall; the reverse-level layout means you will come to the four stylish bedrooms first, all with Smart TVs. The first bedroom, a spacious super-king, benefits from doors leading out onto the rear garden. The next is a double room with en-suite; the third is a twin room with en-suite which also has doors leading out to the garden; and finally, the fourth bedroom is a further delightful twin. The ground floor also has a contemporary bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC, and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, sink and rear access to the garden, ideal for washing off sandy paws after a long walk with your four-legged friends. Heading upstairs, you will be welcomed into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, which has fabulous views. There are two balconies, one opening off the dining area, ideal for al fresco dining or morning coffee. The other is off the lounge area and offers up amazing sunsets, ideal for a sundowner or two. Inside, there are comfortable sofas, a large, wall-mounted Smart TV, stylish decor and homely touches, making this a great place to relax. The dining area has a large dining table and chairs making mealtimes a breeze and the well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to cater for your stay. Completing the first-floor accommodation is a ‘snug’ quiet room with doors opening onto the rear balcony. This room has comfortable seating, books and games, perfect for a quiet, peaceful escape. Heading outside from the lounge area, you can relax on the spacious balcony of an evening with a nice glass of wine and soak up the views.
