Part of a small luxury development in Appledore, this stunning, reverse-level house delivers with beautiful interiors, amazing sea views, an enclosed garden, a balcony, a hot tub, and everything your canine companions need. It’s in the ideal spot for exploring the pretty fishing village and local area, and perfect for friends or family with two king-size bedrooms and a king/twin. The house has gorgeous furniture and contemporary styling throughout. Leave your coats in the hall and go upstairs to the beautiful living space with big sofas to chill out on and a Smart TV for relaxing evenings in. Start your day with a Nespresso coffee and a quick bite at the breakfast bar in the kitchen area, with everything you ned to cook delicious meals, and enjoy fun mealtimes at the stylish dining table, then take your drink outside to the balcony on balmy evenings. The three gorgeous bedrooms are downstairs: three king-size rooms (one can be set up as a twin) all have Smart TVs, one of the kings has an en-suite shower room, and two bedrooms have patio access. There’s also a utility room and WC on the ground floor and a bright family bathroom. Heading outside, grab a drink, go out to the first-floor balcony, and sit and watch the stunning sunset, relax on the patio, get the BBQ going, and laze in the hot tub while the kids play in the enclosed garden. Walk to Westward Ho! along the golden sands (2 miles), it’s a great beach for surfing and you’ll find tennis courts, and a golf course at the Royal North Golf Club nearby. Explore Appledore’s pretty streets, shops, and eateries, and find your favourite coffee spot. Visit the quay and hop on a ferry to Instow (a 5-mile drive) for a stunning walk.
