Located directly opposite Instow's golden sand dunes and on the waterfront, Instow Breakers is a fantastic place to holiday with the whole family. The kids can play in the spacious lounge whilst you prepare dinner on the Rayburn in the traditional, cottage kitchen. Gather in the dining area for food or, if you want to catch the last of the sun, head to one of the patio areas at the front or rear of the property. Set over three floors, Instow Breakers carries off the quaint cottage look whilst providing more than enough room for six people to stay. Enter through the front door and you'll be greeted by a bright and airy lounge complete with wood burner. Next to this is the pristine kitchen which comes with a beautiful, contemporary look. Downstairs you’ll find a second lounge which, thanks to its spacious nature and choice of games, doubles up as a good playroom for the kids. Sleeping arrangements come in the form of a cosy double on the first floor and a stunning super king-size and comfortable twin on the second floor. Across the estuary, you’ll be able to see the picturesque fishing village of Appledore, famous for its galleries, eateries and ice cream. You can get here via a 6-mile drive or a short ferry ride across the river. If you are looking for a day on the beach then one of North Devon's most iconic beaches, Westward Ho!, is a 5-mile drive away. For a day out that the kids will love, head 14 miles to The Milky Way Adventure Park, famous for its indoor soft play area and rollercoaster!
