Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Sit on the front/back deck while enjoying a cup of coffee and the scenery of Center Hill Lake. Our home has plenty of room for the family to gather for meals. Plenty of games: corn hole, ping pong, pool table, table games etc. No worries about parking your vehicles, boat or camper - Our home has enough parking for your whole family. We have a boat ramp less than a 1/4-mile from our home and a recreational area a few miles away. A Large family room with 65” TV. Dining area that seats 8 to 10. Kitchen with all the accessories. Deck on front and back with view of Lake. Spacious Bedrooms 3-king size beds. One BR has A 55” TV. Pull out couches for extra bedding. 3 Full sized Bathrooms. 6-man hot tub. 2- gas fireplaces. Plenty of parking. Pool table and ping pong. Corn hole. Patio furniture.

Everything about the stay was warm and welcoming! The instructions and communication prior to arrival were complete and clear. The property was clean, stocked with all the basic necessities. This was a perfect place for us to come catch up with family being from out of town. We couldn't get over how beautiful the views were and how peaceful it was. Hoping we will have another opportunity to rent this property again in the future. Thank you Russ and family for opening up your gorgeous home to us!

Beautiful home in a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Russ was VERY responsive and took great care of us while we were staying. Left very clear and helpful instructions for anything we needed during our stay. The entire property was just as advertised. We had such a calm, relaxing weekend. Highly recommend booking for a lake getaway, whether you plan on being on the lake or not. Hoping to have a chance to stay here again sometime!

This is mainly a weekend lake community with some permanent residents living full time. Please be considerate to those living in this community. This isn't a " party" type property, but we do want you to have fun.
If you have a gps app, the directions should bring you directly into the lake community. You will experience the lake roads getting to our home. The house is located 2.7-miles off Smithville Hwy. Initial Road off Smithville Hwy is Johnson Chapel Recreational Road. You will then turn left at the intersection of Falling Waters Road after you pass Johnson Chapel Freewill Baptist Church, its approximately a mile on a narrow road that has some ups and down, twist, and curves in the road. Stay right when you come to a "Y" in the road. After you come to the top of the hill going into our community, turn left and our house is on the right-hand side of the road. You have the option of parking at the top driveway or at the garage door entry area. I would suggest parking at the top of the driveway to unload and then parking in the rear (garage door) driveway.
