Great house in Cedar City, with lots of space to sleep and hang out, including a nice game room, 4 bedrooms, living room and family room in basement. Would love to stay in this home again on our next trip.

Beautifully furnished house with nice amenities. Even the tableware (plates, bowls) were better quality than most Airbnbs. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. It really makes a difference when a host makes an effort to treat the guests well instead of getting all the cheap stuff. We felt welcomed and taken care of. It was a bright (wonderful, large windows) homey spot for our young family to relax in while exploring Utah. Very kid friendly, with the best game room that gave us all skee ball envy. The kids can be relegated to the lower floor —where the bunks and games are— which gives the adults a space of peace upstairs. So many bathrooms (4)- always a great perk for large families. Good views and quick access to Cedar City. We had to make a Walmart+ delivery order while there and it was no problem. Also it was a safe, quiet neighborhood. This was one of our very top memorable and comfortable stays with Airbnb. Thank you, Evolve!

place was great. stayed with 9 people...4 adults...5 kids. plenty of room for everyone. game room was awesome. we drove to Brian head to ski every day and it was worth the drive to get back to lots of restaurants and convenience. and, the value was tremendous. highly recommend.

What a gem! I could sit and take in the view for hours. The game room was a huge hit with the family. The kitchen was one of the best stocked I’ve experienced in an Airbnb. Will definitely stay here again!!
