We really loved staying at Nicoletta's place. It's a beautiful lakeside resort with gorgeous gardens and helpful staff. Nicoletta went out of her way to ensure we had a wonderful time.

Overall we had an excellent stay, Nicoletta and her staff were very kind and ensured we enjoyed our stay. The grounds are exceptionally beautiful, the garden was peaceful to spend time in, and there were many little outdoor spaces to explore. My daughter also absolutely loved the 3 cats that would roam through the garden and play with her. The room we booked was different than we expected (a king bed was there in place of 3 single beds, and there was one bathroom instead of 1.5 bathrooms in the listing) - it worked out so we didn't mind the change of arrangement, but it would have met our expectations better if the listing was accurate to the current room. There was a slight issue with the room not being ready in time, but Nicoletta took care of the matter straight away. The location is incredible, very easy to get to from the main Santa Cruz dock and was very affordable. The room itself was very basic, but it was all that we needed and the beds and pillows were very comfortable.
