OMG THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING!!!!I was looking to book a last minute birthday vacation for my mom and i stumbled across this place and wow, aren’t I’m glad I did. The room was just like how she describe, it was very spacious and accommodating. It was just my mom and I, but you definitely could have fit more people in the room. It was also very clean and smelled nice. The location of the room was perfect for first time visitors. It was right in the center of everything. Whatever you needed was a short walk or drive because they do provide you with a complementary car. There are many beaches within a 10 minute walk of you. Even though you’re in the center of everything, it’s still very quiet and peaceful. But the star of this stay was Megan. Megan was available for whatever you needed at all time. Before I even booked the room, she answered any questions I had. Also, she took the time to tell you what to do and where to go. Fleiz was also amazing and very helpful. Definitely recommend!
This was my first time booking an Airbnb and I must say Fritz and Megan were excellent hosts! Staying at Casa del Sol, felt like living at home on the islands. The ambiance was amazing! It was so peaceful, quiet, and relaxing with sounds of birds chirping in the trees and leaves rustling as the soft wind blew. And it’s just a 5 minute walk from the beach! My rental was perfect for my stay. It was comfortably furnished and I loved the modern design with refreshing colors. My hosts were very responsive to my inquiries, friendly, and even surprised me with bottled water and guava duff as welcoming gifts. I enjoyed myself and I requested to extend my time. Even with short notice, they made it happen and accommodated me. Before my stay, I was skeptical about booking an Airbnb and thought the hotel experience was the better choice but, my perspective changed after experiencing top tier hospitality with Fritz and Megan!! 100% recommend staying here and I will definitely stay here again!
I booked this beautiful Airbnb on short noticed since me and my friend decided to extend our stay in Nassau Bahamas and we loved it ! The host welcomed us with guava duff a native desert which I appreciated it, she was making sure I was ok through out the whole trip. The location was perfect I could literally walk to the beautiful beach and fish fry. The unit was clean, bed were cozy and I enjoyed my trip over all. 5 out of 5 stars. Thank you for hosting me.

If I had to describe Megan and Fritz’s rental in one word: REMARKABLE! They made this experience seamless, easy and worth while. They were accommodating to my late check-in, provided suggestions and provided me with a complimentary local desert (guava duff). They were pretty responsive within minutes of messaging, and the rental space was as described. This is now my new go to whenever in Nassau. 10 Stars here!

Option 3: You can provide your own rental car insurance coverage. The minimum coverage for third party is $250,000, comprehensive $100,000 and collision $100,000. We have to have a copy of the policy showing that you are covered and that the coverage would also be valid in the Bahamas. In the event of an accident your insurance kicks in and takes care of all damages. There are no additional charges and the damage deposit is refundable.
