This house and location completely surpassed our expectations and 10/10 would book again! It looks EXACTLY like the photos, is in a peaceful location RIGHT on the ocean. Gabriel & Mindy were the most responsive hosts I've ever experienced and went out of their way to make sure we had an amazing experience. The house is modern, private, and nicely decorated. The kitchen had some of the common essentials (and we left more behind for the next group!), tons of bath and beach towels which was fantastic for a group of 5 and the brand new washer/dryer came in handy more than once. There is a restaurant next door that is very convenient and super friendly (closed Tuesdays). The beach and water are easily accessible across the street and stunning, we took the house's beach chairs down daily. There are other great restaurants and a liquor store a short walk away, just remember there are no sidewalks and roads are narrow.
