Mike was an amazing host! He always responded super fast. House was extremely clean and very cute! House was located close to everything in town and was just a great all around location. Thanks again for hosting us Mike!

The house was well located to get to city or to the beach. Host was super responsive and the house was spotless. Would stay again when visiting my child at UNCW, which was very extremely close.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Mike’s home. It was beautifully decorated, perfect location and everything you would need in the kitchen (except maybe a toaster/ toaster oven 😀). We can’t wait to stay here again. It was a wonderful weekend with my Mom and sister.

Staying at Mike's place was a delightful experience that far exceeded our expectations – the photos simply don't capture the charm and beauty of his home. Every nook was spotlessly clean, well-organized, and adorned with tasteful decor that made us feel right at home. The location proved to be incredibly convenient, with easy access to cabs for exploring around. Mike himself is an outstanding host; his kindness, responsiveness, and understanding truly stand out. He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, offering help and being available at all times. Our stay was nothing short of wonderful, and Mike's hospitality has certainly set the bar high. Mike's place will be our go-to accommodation for all future visits to Wilmington.

Mike’s place is probably one of my most favorite places to stay in Wilmington so far! We travel once a month for appointments so we’ve stayed at our fare share of airbnbs. The house is absolutely gorgeous! The furniture is comfy! It doesn’t look real roomy from the outside but it’s huge inside. I really enjoyed the sun room, beautiful views of nature and perfect for relaxing with a good book!
