The interior includes three bathrooms (two with showers, one with a claw-foot tub), seven beds in five bedrooms including a super king en-suite and king sleigh bed room, and The Lounge with a fireplace, full-size snooker table, ping-pong table, Bluetooth jukebox, microwave, tea and coffee station, mini-fridge, and seating for 10. The exterior features three walking gardens, a tennis/basketball court, built-in gas BBQ, and four swings under an old growth tree. The property is shared by residents in three one-bedroom townhouses in the same building and a two bedroom cottage across the courtyard.
