Great place for a group or family to stay! Outdoor pool and spa was perfect along with great active games! Kitchen was fabulous and dinning room table was large enough to fit everyone! All was clean and well equipped! Would return again!

The house was very nice. Comfortable and spacious! The pool and hot tub were nice. (Be sure to ask about heating the pool before you arrive.) Although there are no restaurants in walking distance, it was close to our main attraction - spring training baseball.

Austin was a great contact. He was responsive when we needed an early check-in. We appreciate that he was able to accommodate us. The house was just as pictured and very clean. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. We would love to stay here again.

Everyone in our group was satisfied with our stay. We all loved the pool and jacuzzi. Place was clean and tidy, owner is super nice and responsive. House was very spacious. Would be happy to book again.

Wow! This house exceeded our expectations. Our family of 9 stayed there for the week of Thanksgiving. This is one of the few places we’ve stayed where the home was even better than the pictures. It was extremely clean with plenty of space for our entire family. The host went out of their way to make sure the home was not only comfortable, but they also provide unexpected extras like pool towels, spices, ziplock bags, extra blankets, multi chargers, shampoos, games etc. The pool and back yard were excellent with a nice turf area for cornhole. It had everything we needed. Another nice surprise was that the house is directly adjacent to a large neighborhood “park” with fields and walking paths. We also felt this area of phoenix to be very safe. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a nice, clean, safe and fun place.
