From the moment we met Katie to the moment we left everything was just what we hoped it would be! We would love to rent her space again if if we’re ever in the area! Thank you, Katie! You were great!

Katie's place is a good location if you want to visit Bristol or if you want to surf at The Wave. The flat was very clean. However, the kitchen was not well equipped if you wanted to cook anything. The hairdryer was missing as well as the shampoo. The list of amenities is not correct but I contacted Katie before booking and she apologized for the mistake reassuring me everything would have been there. The towels were clean and smelled fantastic, but unfortunately, they were all wet (probably just been washed) and not very useful for the first day and a half. The place can accommodate 4 people but I recommend it only with two small kids as the sofa bed is small. We had a great stay, but unfortunately, we had some emergencies to face. Communication with Katie was very poor. It took hours to get an answer and she did not answer our last few messages. We could have had the opportunity to stay longer, but we decided to move into a hotel as communication with her was terrible.
