Settle into the plush, chaise lounge or the opposite reading chair and stream all your favorites on the smart TV with access to countless streaming apps to keep you entertained. Move through into the charming, fully equipped kitchen where you can cook up a delicious breakfast, lunch or dinner with all the cookware, dinnerware and utensils you could need. Kick start your day at the loaded coffee bar or take a walk to Scooters Coffee only three minutes away. Opposite the kitchen, you’ll find the café style dining table set for four where you can eat together with friends or if you don’t feel like cooking there’s a handful of restaurants only steps away or take a four minute drive to Overton Square and be spoilt for choice. When it comes time to rest you’ll find two beautiful bedrooms including the guest bedroom off the living space that is filled with a full size bed as well as the generous master with a comfortable queen bed and a workspace with free WIFI included to keep you connected. Both bedrooms share the sparkling central bathroom that features a relaxing full size bath, an overhead shower with a shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispenser and a his and hers vanity stocked with all the essentials for your stay. Guests also have full access to the little laundry nook within the apartment which includes a washing machine, a dryer and complimentary detergent to keep you feeling fresh. This was a perfect location for our short stay in Memphis to catch some music at Overton Park. Walkable to the park or a 5 minute Uber drive. Close to lots of things to do in Midtown. Very clean unit, bed was comfy, bathroom is huge! Adam was quick to respond and very friendly. Would stay here again!
Great place in a great location. Definitely my new favorite place to stay in Memphis. Host always ready in case u need it.
The apartment is in a great location and was very clean and comfortable. My only issue was that there was a sign that implored guests clean the house upon checkout because “you are not charged a cleaning fee” when guests are indeed charged a fee. Tidying up is always best practice and I’m happy to pay the fee, but I found the misleading information bothersome. Overall great place to stay.
Our stay in Adam's rental was wonderful. The apartment was clean, and it was stocked with toiletries, a hair dryer, laundry detergent, and basic kitchen items. The building is beautifully restored with some modern updates sprinkled throughout. Adam was very responsive, and check in and check out instructions were clear. We really enjoyed our stay.

Evergreen is a true walker's paradise, inviting you to stroll the brick sidewalks and admire the impeccably preserved homes.
The home sits right off the convenient Poplar Avenue corridor, providing easy access while still
residing on a tranquil, residential street. You're just 4 blocks away from the 342-acre Old Forest
Arboretum within Overton Park - one of the largest urban forests in the country. The world-famous Memphis Zoo is also located in Overton Park, only a short walk away.
A few blocks west lands you in the Cooper-Young Historic District, brimming with boutiques, art
galleries, bars and restaurants. Live music spots like Celtic Crossing Irish Pub draw crowds nightly.
Pop into Burke's Book Store, one of the nation's last remaining independent bookshops.
No visit to Evergreen would be complete without venturing up to the buzzing Overton Square
district, a 4 minute drive away. Catch live music most nights at Lafayette's Music Room, a beloved
venue. Browse the quirky wares at Memphis' oldest indie bookstore, Burke's Books. On summer
weekends, the Overton Square Pavilion also hosts a farmers market along with free outdoor
concerts and movies on the lawn.

The best way to get around is by car with free parking included with your stay.
Guests can also use a taxi service or a ride share company like Uber with plenty of cars at any time of
the day or night.
The Madison Avenue Trolley Line runs right through the heart of the neighborhood along Madison Ave, connecting Evergreen to other popular areas like Overton Square and downtown Memphis. The
vintage trolleys are an affordable and scenic way to get around.
Memphis also has an excellent bike share program called Explore Bike Share with stations conveniently located throughout Midtown and downtown. You can easily rent a bike for a few hours
or all day to cruise the bike lanes and trails.
For getting to major attractions outside of Midtown like Beale Street or Graceland, the bus is a cost-effective option with several routes running through Evergreen.
But truly, many of the top restaurants, parks, shops and nightlife are within a short 10-15 minute walk from anywhere in this compact, pedestrian-friendly historic neighborhood. So lace up your walking shoes and discover Evergreen's charms on foot!
