The location was outstanding. Easy hundred foot walk to the beach. Broad ocean view from balcony. Condo was adequate for 2-4 people. Not a lot of owner clutter. Kitchen was adequate. Had some beach toys. A beach umbrella would be useful. Balcony views were fantastic. But the next door neighbor smoked like a chimney. So we could only use the balcony a very limited amount of the time. Access to the ocean was very easy and close. We witnessed a rocket launch from the beach and it was great. Loved the place. We would go back again.

Vielen Dank. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und wir hatten alles was wir brauchten.

This condo was amazing and our trip couldn’t have been better. The host had a book with restaurant recommendations and many other helpful tips which came in really handy. We would stay here again for our next trip! Everything was easy and a great location to shops and restaurants.

Thank you Beachside for an amazing vacation base camp! Everything was as expected and as advertised. The only exceptions were we had anticipated and confirmed there would be a high chair for our grandchild. It was no where to be found, however after checking with the host a brand new, in the box highchair was delivered before I could even text my son that it was coming. There also was a wifi issue rendering the internet unavailable. We think was a technical issue bigger than our unit and could have been a big problem as one person in our group had to work a couple of days. Fortunately one of us had an unlimited hotspot. The owner assured us it was being looked into. These things most definitely do not effect our 5 star rating and the responsiveness of our host was unmatched. The pool, the beach, and all accomodations were spot on. I would highly recommend this unit for your visit to Cocoa Beach. We would definitely book again!!!
