We had a fabulous stay! This place is absolutely gorgeous! We had no issues, it was very clean, good communication with both Evolve and the owner. The only thing that renters should know is that there is no regular coffee pot. There is a Nespresso maker with coffee pods. I have one of these machines at and and personally love it; however, other members of our party did not like that strong coffee. Also, not many coffee pods provided or choices available. We had to go out and buy a coffee pot to make a pot of coffee in the morning. There is a TV in the Master bedroom only, not the other two bedrooms. Also, the master bedroom does not have any place to hang your clothes. There is a closet that is lock for personal use which I get but there should be a place to hang clothes. These are all minor inconveniences considering the view from the balcony is spectacular!!! I'd definitely recommend this place!

We rented this place for a sibling reunion. The location was perfect - a half way point for us (3 senior couples:). We unanimously agreed this will be a repeated trip and plan to stay here - hoping it will stay available to rent! The entire condo is gorgeous - tastefully decorated and comfortable beyond words. You can’t ask for a more picture perfect view of the bay and the sunset. We loved the location - so close to the boardwalk - we love to walk and enjoyed our early morning walks! We rate this condo a 10+++. Thank you to the owners for all your efforts and care!

This place was beautiful! My family had a great time. Everything was really perfect. An added bonus was the beach chairs and beach wagon that were there. It was a quick walk to the beach and boardwalk. I can’t say enough great things about this place. We will definitely be back!!

I can’t say enough about this rental! Our jaws dropped when we opened the door and saw the wraparound floor to ceiling windows that opened to a spacious balcony in this penthouse suite! We actually missed the pristine kitchen and living room because the view was that special. The hosts did not miss any details as this haven had everything we could have asked for and more. The master suite was amazing with a huge bathroom that felt more like a spa and another floor to ceiling window that opened to the balcony. There is a second bedroom that has balcony access and the third room looks out onto the boardwalk which is just a few blocks away. The sunsets were amazing and watching the boats coming to and from the ocean was a dream come true. The hosts clearly put a lot of thought and consideration into making this rental the best experience for their renters. We are definitely booking again and we are praying that this unit will be available. Run, don’t walk to book this one!
