Welcome to our picturesque self-contained annex nestled within the quaint and quiet village of Hollington, offering you a cozy retreat in the heart of traditional charm. The annex is a self-contained space and boasts a perfect blend of modern and traditional character and you'll have the entire place to yourself, ensuring privacy and a peaceful stay. We are situated near to the Peak District & Alton Towers. The property sleeps 4 with a kingsize bed and additional sofabed in the lounge. The Space: Our annex is a private and self-contained space attached to our charming stone cottage. The accommodation boasts a perfect blend of modern comfort and traditional character, featuring exposed oak flooring and logburner. The downstairs is equipped with underfloor heating, whilst upstarts there are radiators. The space has a kingsize bed in the main bedroom and a comfy sofa bed downstairs for additional guests. You'll have the entire annex to yourself, ensuring privacy and a peaceful stay. Bedroom: Relax in a comfortable and inviting bedroom with a plush king-sized bed. Drift off to sleep in the peaceful surroundings of the village, and wake up refreshed for a new day of exploration. Living Area: Unwind in the cozy living area, complete with a sofabed, coffee table, and a small breakfast bar. Enjoy a cup of tea or coffee while you plan your day's adventures or simply curl up with a good book - we have our own coffee hut on the premises and guests are welcome to drinks from there (max 2 per day). Kitchenette: The well-equipped kitchenette provides all the essentials for your stay, including a portable hotplate, airfryer, fridge, microwave, toaster, and kettle. Perfect for preparing light meals or snacks at your convenience. Theres also a small portable oven if you so wish to use(available upon request). Bathroom: Refresh yourself in the modern bathroom with a shower, sink, and WC. We provide complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels to make your stay even more comfortable. Outdoor Space: Step outside and breathe in the fresh village air. Our annex offers a private patio area where you can enjoy a quiet moment, perhaps with a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

Amazing host, very friendly and a lovely touch we could grab a coffee from your coffee hut outside. The place was beautiful too, lovely decor, super clean and very cosy we had a lovely stay. Great location for Alton towers which is only a few miles away. Thank you so much for having us!
My wife & I recently stayed at Steve's place while visiting Alton Towers, the house was perfect for what we needed. Steve kept us in the loop for check in and made the whole experience a breeze. The house was spotless & had everything we could've asked for! The coffee van was fantastic also. We would have no hesitation for booking here again.
Stephen’s place was lovely. Check in/out was very easy and the annex was very clean. We had a complimentary drink from the coffee hut which was very nice. Would definitely recommend.
