This was one of our favorite Airbnbs in Mexico! The listing was just as described and pictured. The house had everything we could need and was better stocked than most Airbnbs. Our kids loved the kids room and were sad when they had to go back to a regular room after leaving here. The complex felt very safe and there weren't many other people their while we were. We had the pool and most of the amenities to ourselves. It's not really walkable anywhere, but it's in a very convenient location for getting anywhere in the Tulum area. The kids loved Gran Cenote which was about a minute down the road and had tons of turtles. We'd love to come back and stay again sometime!

Deanna and her lovely home are ah-mazing! I felt welcomed from the moment I set foot into her sweet-smelling Casa Mariposa. My room was nicer than my actual room. LOL The linens were freshly washed and she even included additional linen. She had a basket of treats waiting for my children and I. I also had a fridge, stove and microwave which is always beneficial when traveling with kids. Everything was so seamless and easy. Deanna is very friendly but gives you all the space you need. I'm a freelancer, and quite the workaholic, and the wifi and TV were very helpful. This is the perfect stay for families. The location is in the heart of Tulum, and is close to practically everything. I WILL be back! 💕

La casa fue maravillosa , tal cual las fotos , muy acogedor , limpio , útil en todo sentido , tiene todo lo que puedas llegar a utilizar y hasta demás , gracias por este espacio tan agradable , mi familia y yo nos sentimos como en casa . Es un fraccionamiento privado , con vigilancia , la alberca del Fracc es divina , la gente es amable , hay juegos para niños , muy cerca de restaurantes , súper , etc . Gracias por tus atenciones y por tan increíble lugar . Muy recomendado

It is Great how close it is to everything around. Super safe and secure property when traveling with children. Overall you will not go wrong booking this place. I am not one to write reviews even I look for reviews before booking so I thought I should start helping others find locations when traveling to new places. I promise you will not be let down when it comes to location, distance to downtown area, cenotes all around it, so much to do. I hope this helps make your decision easier. We travel with a 5 & 7yr.

DeAnna was the perfect host. She was very communicative and proactively helped to make mine and Ralph’s stay a 5 star experience. The amenities in the air bnb and on the property was wonderful. The air bnb is exactly as pictured , the outdoor spaces were a plus . DeAnna put a lot of love and time into making sure the property had everything someone would need. Check in was easy and stress free. The property felt very safe and the surrounding location was close to centoes, a market and the main road to from tulum/cancun. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back .
