Don was an incredible host and just a downright great person. I can't thank him enough for making this a wonderful experience for our first official family vacation (we have 3 young boys)! Somehow there was a glitch on the website that allowed us to book his place even though it was technically blocked out, but he still went out of his way to figure out how to accommodate our stay. He didn't have to do that. He was incredibly transparent the entire time and just easy and enjoyable to talk to. The place was very comfortable, clean, and well outfitted. Being a couple minute walk to the beach allowed us to spend a lot of time there and the kids absolutely loved it. It was also served as a great home base to explore the surrounding areas. Of all the things we did, just spending time on the beach was their favorite part. The most telling endorsement is that my wife was a little unsure about our trip before we left but upon returning home she asked when we could book Don's place again!

This is our 3rd time at Don's fabulous beach home and we love it more each visit. The location cannot be beaten. Steps from the beach, shopping, dining, and more. There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out with ease. The beds are comfy, there are plenty of linens, and beach towels and the amenities are top-notch. The large, modern kitchen has everything you need to cook while socializing with friends at the kitchen counter bar. We are always well rested after staying at this home and hope to be back again. Highly recommend.

Great location and great house with so many details thought of and plenty of everything we needed. The roof top is special and we were lucky to be there for the fireworks and we had the best seats in town!

This is a great place in a perfect location. Close to beach and all the fun shops and restaurants of Capitola. Great communication from owner. Would definitely stay here again!
