20 meters from the sand of Playa Remanso this stunning 1 bedroom villa overlooks the beach with an Infinity Pool and breathtaking views from every angle. Very comfortable and well-organized villa that will connect you with nature, thanks to its unique shape and indoor/outdoor living concept. For those who can't stay offline, we have fast and reliable Wi-Fi. Air conditioning for hot days and hot water for relaxing showers. If you want to cook there is an equipped kitchen, but if you want to be spoiled you can always walk 3 minutes and find amazing restaurants on the beach. The comfortable king-size bed will give you the best night's rest.

Where do I begin!? This place was PARADISE! Steps from the ocean with incredible views! Playa Remanso was our favorite of all the beaches we visited and it was such a treat to be located right there. The home was clean, comfortable and well stocked with essentials. We took full advantage of the pool- if you’re looking to relax with the perfect balance of beach/pool time this is your spot! Monica also recommended a driver for us to use named Hector and he was an incredible guide and provided safe/reliable transport. From top to bottom this experience was a 10/10! Thank you for such a memorable vacation!
Excelente lugar, super tranquilo, casa impecable, todo muy bien, quiero volver pronto. Les felicito por tener un lugar tan bonito, y muy cuidado, nunca habia estado en ese tipo de concepto , nos encanto muchisimo. Estaban pendiente de todo, respondian super rapido a cualquier consulta. Playa Remanso is located around 10 minutes driving from San Juan del Sur. The house is surrounded by luxurious private villas with the beach just 20m from the properties edge.
To access Playa Remanso from San Juan del Sur you have to travel along a dirt road, which is often muddy or very bumpy. To those who want to rent a car, we recommend a 4x4 especially when it rains. The house is located at the end of a fairly steep road and from the car park you will need to climb some steps.
