Kenjie's place is a really good place when you are from outside Manila and is visiting to watch a concert at the MOA Arena since it's only 5-15 minute walk from the arena. Our only comment is that there are small cockroaches all over the kitchen and bathroom but nonetheless, we had a very comfy stay in his place. Internet was fast so we were able to work from home.

It’s very convenient and near MOA Arena and IKEA. The space is tiny but it’s okay for two people. Interior is aesthetically pleasing. However, there were so many tiny cockroaches in the sink (the tap wasn’t working when we went there) and in the bathroom. The balcony door was also unlocked and we didn’t know how to lock it. I wasn’t able to tell the host these concerns since we were tired from attending a concert and we just wanted to sleep. Aside from the cockroach issue, it’s still a good place if you’re looking for a place to stay near MOA.
