My stay at Sonia's place in Primrose Sands was just what I needed. It is very private with STUNNING water views, spotless bathroom with amazing shower, and stylish kitchen. All while feeling cosy and relaxing. I didn't leave the space for the two nights I was there and I didn't want to! Really fantastic goodies like butter, milk, chilled water and juice in the fridge, breakfast cereals, coffee machine and gorgeous bathroom products. Communication was a dream, and I was left completely undisturbed ( just as I like it!). I couldn't recommend Sonia's place more!

Sonia's place was very clean, comfortable and well prepared for guests. Sonia definitely prepared better than other places we have stayed. Sonia's place had good quality towels, cutlery, furniture, bedding, coffee machine with coffee and milk provided, multiple sitting/relaxing areas inside and out , Washing machine, dishwasher, fantastic kitchen, firepit and bathroom with a open shower which we definitely prefer. The place was very private and peaceful. Heating, cooling and wifi. It is obvious that Sonia has actually tried hard to provide a very pleasant and enjoyable space for guests. Sonia was very good at communicating back with any queries or questions. All in all, if her place is available and you are looking for a place to stay that actually delivers on the description detailing features, then yes stay at Sonia's.

This is by far one of the nicest AirB&Bs I have ever stayed at. It's location is quiet and easy to access from Hobart. The cottage is stylishly equipped, all the ammenities are modern and the internet is great. Wildlife is abundant and I especially appreciated the use of the kayaks to explore the beaches and coves. But best of all, hosts Sonia and Jeff were so pleasant and helpful. I can easily recommend a stay at Primrose Sands. Enjoy!

We loved our stay, it was everything it promised and more, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Evergreen to friends. Seeing the wallabies each morning and evening from the decking was a wonderful bonus along the sunrise each morning. The cabin is beautifully decorated and furnished to a high standard, the bed was very comfortable and Sonia provided lots of little extras which we greatly appreciated. We both loved it so much we were a little emotional at having to leave. Just Perfect!
