Welcome to Trinity House, a newly renovated former church. This unique gem, filled with historic character and today’s comfort offers 3 air conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathroom. A large open living space with fully equipped kitchen, dining, lounge, wood heater and AC. Relax on the deck after exploring local national parks or enjoy an evening around the fire-pit with family. Have a romantic escape Trinity House is former church that was originally built in 1900s and brought to current location along with other two buildings in 1950s. Rather large floor area has recently been renovated into guest accommodation featuring 3 comfortable air conditioned bedrooms. Master bedroom with an ensuite with two other rooms being served by main bathroom. Main building hall is accommodating large open space living area with heating and cooling comfort. Trinity House has been styled with intention to preserve and respect historic value of the building. It’s bringing our guests unique experience of today’s comfort along with historical merits from country town Rathdowney.

Treat yourselves and stay at Trinity House, a beautifully renovated old church in the glorious scenic rim town of Rathdowney, QLD. This Airbnb has stunning vintage furniture and a great kitchen, lounge room with a fireplace and air conditioning. The bedrooms are so cosy and the master ensuite has a soaking clawfoot bath. Edina was a wonderful host and communicator. The only regret we had was not booking this Airbnb for a longer stay. Thanks Edina!

Whether you are looking for a romantic escape, a family holiday, or a getaway with friends, Trinity House is the place to stay. It is a short stroll to the Rathy pub, general store, post office and the local Information Centre and Historical Museum where you can browse local history or gain local knowledge from the helpful volunteers.
The local area boasts scenic drives and day trips taking in the numerous small towns of the Scenic Rim and Border Ranges, farm gate experiences, cellar door vineyards, a brewery, and local cafes such as The Shed Café and Oakey Creek Harvest Café. For the more active, bush walking at Mount Barney National Park and water activities on Maroon Dam are close by.

Rathdowny is located 34 km south of Beaudesert towards NSW border.
Historic timber milling and dairy farming town is frequent stop for mountain border ranges explorers.
Trinity House is on Running Creek road in the town. You will have ample parking at the property. Most of the local attractions are within 30 minutes drive.
