Relax in this calm, stylish space with magnificent views to the Pacific Ocean. The house is spacious and comfortable for seven guests. Outside, there is room to enjoy the sun around the pool, and also a separate covered area for outdoor dining. Wifi is provided free by way of fibre-optic cables; the television gives access to Netflix as well as over 100 local and international channels. The friendly caretakers, Yader and Maryuris, are on-site, and are available to help with guests' needs. There are three spacious double bedrooms (all with air-conditioning) and a fourth room with television, large sofa and a slide-out single bed. Two of the double bedrooms are upstairs with superb views over the bay. The main living space is large and open-plan, incorporating sitting and dining areas and the kitchen. This room overlooks the pool and also has views beyond to the ocean.

Great three-day stay lovely house with lots of windows and three large bedrooms. House is about 5km from San Juan del Sur and about 7km south of several beaches that are good for surfing. It was super hot in Nicaragua so we spent most of the time in the pool (though we went indoors or went out between 11am and 3pm). Lots of birds and a great sunset. There are two large supermarkets close to the town, which had everything we needed. Host was responsive and the groundskeeper cleaned the pool and his wife cleaned the house every day. Very relaxing .
This place was my Favorite airbnb I’ve ever stayed In! Everything was absolutely perfect from the furniture and design of the home to the linens and bed comfort. And WOW the view is spectacular. The location to SJDS and surrounding areas/beaches was super convenient so the location could not have been better either. The caretakers Maryuris and Yader were so friendly and helpful, they really made the trip extra special. Thanks for hosting us Jonathan!

We absolutely adored Johnathan’s place. His caretakers Maryuris and Yader were incredibly friendly and so welcoming. We kept our veggie scraps for their chickens, and Yader brought one up for my son to pet. Maryuris texted me one day that she cleaned to tell me she had hung my washed laundry to dry. When I got home she had folded it all in a laundry basket for me. They were all incredibly responsive, and Johnathan provided me with community information, and checked in to ensure I found what I was looking for. We thought we might have to cancel due to an emergency, and he was very understanding. Thankfully we didn’t have to because we absolutely adored everything about this property. The photos do not do it Justice. We will absolutely be staying here again !!

House is located around 3km from San Juan del Sur, surrounded by nature and well removed from nightlife noise.
Plenty of space to park up to two cars and/or motorbikes. Although it is regularly repaired, the access road can be in poor condition following rainy periods. Four-wheel drive vehicles are strongly recommeded for access, although not usually necessary.
