This airbnb lived up to everything on the post. Everything is accurate. The yard has some sand spurs and some stuff that sticks to your clothes but that’s honestly my only complaint. The house is spotless, perfect size for a family. The pool is fantastic , especially for little ones. The shallow area is the perfect play area for them under the umbrella. I understand people complaining about having to text the owners to turn on the hot tub but honestly every time I asked them to turn it on it was turned on in 1 minute or less. Publix and everything you need is 6 minutes away. Venice beach is 12 minutes and there are a few closer beaches if you don’t feel like going that far away. If our family is ever back in the area this will be the place we stay.

Great little house. Very clean and cozy. Had everything we needed. Pool and backyard was very nice and private! Great home for spending time with family!

This place was perfect for a short spring break stay! The pool and hot tub were amazing, and the house easily slept 6!

Beautiful house. Awesome pool. Would have been better if it was comfortably heated and the hot tub could be controlled by the guest instead of needing to ask to use it. It felt odd to ask permission to use it each time. While technically “minutes from the beach”, it took many minutes to get there and can vary based on traffic. Outside of the hot tub hiccup, we had a great time and would highly recommend to anyone interested in staying in the South Venice area.
