I lowered the rating not because of the place or host…but because of the fees charged by Airbnb when I extended. The system did not allow me to extend 20 more days and charged another cleaning fee. I never moved out but had to incur an additional $125 cleaning and other fees, hmmm sounds similar to Airline fees…Maybe that’s why it’s called Airbnb. Sorry Brad.

Cottage was just as pictured. Quiet location. Certainly will stay again.

Super comfortable, felt right at home. Plenty of space, very comfortable bed. Stayed for 3 weeks and prepared most of my meals here - great kitchen with everything I needed. Brad was responsive and helpful. There were bad storms and the power went out, and he contacted me to make sure all was okay and to let me know when I could expect power to be restored (it was back on quickly). This place is in an active neighborhood, with friendly neighbors who are up early to head to work, have dogs, and like to spend time outside in the evenings cooking and playing music. I loved the atmosphere. If I’m in Jackson again, I hope to stay at Brad’s place.

It was a very great place..quiet n peaceful…felt like home and I’ll definitely be contacting him if ever needed again without hesitation

Location was very quiet and peaceful, despite being so close to the interstate. Wi-Fi was strong which was great since I’ve had to work part of the time I stayed there. Would stay there again.
