Great location for a stay in Venice. Close to all the central hot spots but tucked away for some quiet at night. Apartment is good and the canal view is a nice touch. However, it is blocked off at one end so the water can smell a little stagnant at times.

This apartment was perfect for our short stay. It was easy to find from the Sant'Angelo stop, and close to may of the areas we were interested in. Although the canal view was limited, just having access to a canal reminded me daily of some precious time in this fabulous city. The apartment was clean, and simple, but had everything we needed. I would stay again in this rental, given the location, ease of access, and value. Grazie infinite Ermanno and Rita!

We loved this place! Perfect place to stay in Venice if you’re like us and want to be away from the busiest spots but not too far from the activities. Smack dab in the middle of the island and not too far from the waterbus station so we didn’t have to hike our luggage all through the streets. The water door was a cool feature and the lighting was great but also private! The cupboards and Nespresso machine were stocked with the basics. Also, a BIG BED! Most other Airbnbs we looked at were full size beds. We sleep hot and like our space.

Fantastic place in San Marco area of Venice. If traveling by vaporetto from the train station to the San Angelo pier, it is a quick walk with only one small bridge to contend with to get to the front door - maybe 2 minutes of walking. The location is a perfect springboard to explore all that Venice has to offer. Extremely quiet at night. I booked week in advance, you should too!
