We appreciate that the hosts had only been there for seven months so hope we are being constructive. Breakfast was two scones and three pieces of fruit between four people and one yogurt each. Response to no plug in sink was that it was interesting despite there being a drought and water use very restricted!!! No bedside lamp on one side of bed. Room not serviced during stay and kitchen and crockery and surfaces not cleaned. We had a friend in the area who recommended it to us and her interaction with them was less than satisfactory on the day we arrived. This is just our experience and we are just being honest about how we felt.

Our stay was excellent while visiting the Chemainus area. Our room was private and very clean. The breakfast scones and fruit dish were delicious and it was fun visiting with the other guests. Our hosts, Sterling and Kristie-Anne, were very inviting and shared their experiences growing lavender in the area. A nice stay all around!

Absolutely a lovely place to stay. Beautiful gardens complete with bunnies and baby quail! We will definitely be back.

This place was super lovely and so clean! We wished we’d been able to stay more than one night! The garden was inviting and the swing chair is perfect for sitting and relaxing in. The views are spectacular and the room smelled wonderful with all the lavender throughout. We’d definitely stay again!
