Liebe Vanessa, vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt in deiner Surfer Lodge! Das Zimmer und das ganze Anwesen sind einfach wunderschön und deine Gastfreundlichkeit war überragend. Es gab ein sehr leckeres gesundes Frühstück. Glutenfreie, vegetarische und vegane Dinge waren immer gekennzeichnet und es war super lecker. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, sobald es uns noch einmal nach Portugal verschlägt. Überragend waren auch die Tips für Aktivitäten. Wir haben eine SUP Tour an der Küste von Lagos unternommen und waren in der Nähe der Unterkunft surfen. Vanessa hat direkt nach ihrer Empfehlung alles für uns in die Wege geleitet. Nett waren auch ihre zwei Unterstützer, die ebenfalls in der Lodge wohnten. Also danke auch an Maddy und Sam. Bis bald und beste Grüße Alexa und Jonas

An absolutely amazing place. The design of this Gem has been perfectly thought through and the quality of the amenities is really really good. The breakfast is super delicious and it’s really cool that you have the opportunity of free coffee throughout the entire day. Everything was really clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The only thing we regret is that we didn’t stay longer.. ;-)

We had the most wonderful time at this beautiful lodge. Dick and Vanessa put a lot of love and effort in this accomodation and you can see this in every detail. The rooms are lovely, spacious and very clean, the kitchen and living area invite to meet with other travelers and the garden and pool area is really pretty and peaceful as well. I couldn't wait for the breakfast each morning which was super delicious and very nicely presented. On our first evening, Vanessa and Dick organized a beautiful welcome dinner in the garden which made us feel at home immediately. They were super helpful and gave us lots of recommendations. We felt like staying at a friends' house not at an airbnb. I've been to many nice airbnbs before but this has definitely been the nicest! Vanessa and Dick are very welcoming and inspiring people and I wish them all the best. TOTALLY RECOMMEND!!! :)

Birds of Paradise is a super nice location. The breakfast is delicious and super fancy. You can start your day with a hatha yoga in the garden. Also the dinner night was super relaxed. Vanessa and Dick do not live there, but they are always reachable. I can definitely recommend the place.
