This place was the cutest little house with so much space, conveniently located in Kernville. Check-in/out was seamless, the hosts were super friendly & very communicative! Would definitely come back!

Paul was quick to respond and made us feel very comfortable. The house was clean and cozy, and felt like home. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the river & restaurants/stores. Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay here again in the future.

Unfortunately we were in town for a rodeo and didn't get to enjoy the house as much as we would have liked but it was clean and comfortable. Fantastic location right next to the rodeo grounds. Loved the stream running through the front yard. Kitchen was huge and the family room and game room were lovely. Walkable to restaurants and stores. The town is beyond charming and friendly. Very pet friendly. Large fenced backyard to let the dogs stretch their legs after a long drive. Jacuzzi was hot when we got there. Wish we had time to use it because it looked very inviting!
