The unit was as described. Very clean. Set up for long term guests. We were working games at the Spokane arena and the location was very convenient for that.

Great place. Good location. Great parking. Nice apartment. Only problem was the pool. It is 15 minutes away and is a lap pool. Children may or may not be allowed. I rented this place so my grandson could swim in the pool. Very disappointed. The answering service is no help.

Nice apartment with comfortable beds. Very clean and quiet. Easy drive into downtown Spokane.

Overall the stay was okay for the price. The location was not the best and the person staying downstairs ended up complaining about my toddler running around, and it was not quiet hours. We didn’t end up staying for the 2nd day of our trip for this reason so that was pretty disappointing. I understand some people are staying there long term but we respected quiet hours and it seemed like a family friendly place up until the interaction with the woman who was below us.
