I found this house to be lovely and comfortable. Plenty of space, with all the comforts of home. Peaceful neighborhood, and quiet. I liked the big table out front, for outdoor dining. Comfortable beds, soft sheets, cozy duvets, and lots of soft towels. The kitchen was also well supplied. The only thing I didn't like was the TV. It was hard to figure out how to work it (but they quickly helped us with that), and then there were a bunch of streaming options but not--as far as I could tell-- much in the way of conventional channels. I just wanted some public television and cable news, but couldn't seem to find those. All in all, though, it was delightful to stay there -- relaxing and very pleasant.

The other guest was correct that Black Swan requires an additional verification (including selfie and pic of license) after booking, which is non-refundable. I reached out to Airbnb, and they noted additional verification after booking by the host is NOT required to be provided! I called black swan noting this, and they said I could submit blank photos instead, which I did. I then got harassed by black swan on the day of our arrival stating I must provide license, selfie, and threatened not to provide check in info. (FYI, I did not provide and was still able to stay.) I have stayed at many airbnbs and have been a host myself, and have never encountered this, nor the way I was treated on arrival day. Even though the house was great, I will never stay here again. There is absolutely no reason they need PII, and who knows what kind of scam or fraud they are trying to pull by trying to obtain it. Future guests beware - and know you have no obligation to provide this.

Nice place near, close enough to downtown. Fun little outdoor area in front, with a picnic table.
