Very beautiful property. The pool and landscaping on the property was absolutely gorgeous. Host communicated very well throughout our stay. We had a local chef recommended by the host prepare breakfast one morning. I highly recommend utilizing the chef for at least one of your meals during your stay. I highly recommend this space if you are interested in a private peaceful vacation with family or friends.

We went for a birthday weekend retreat and stayed at this beautiful home in Santa Rosa. It is very well kept and classy with a wonderful private space. Highly recommend for a relaxing quiet getaway!

The house was beautiful and very spacious! Plenty of room for all of us. Carl met us upon arrival and explained where everything was and gave instructions on everything we needed to know. Carl responded right away when I contacted him. Would definitely recommend this house.

Great place, host provided great communication, very relaxing place. My boy loved pool, and we enjoyed hot tub. Would reserve again!

We had a fantastic 3 nights and 4 days at Carls place! 3 adults and 4 kids ages 5-12. We all had a blast enjoying the pool and hot tub. The weather was up and down 70 at the warmest and got cold at night. The kids still swam. The pool is solar heated and was around 68-70. Cold for the grownups, but we took a few polar plunges. I bet it’s just perfect in the summer. One tip, is to bring some small inner tubes for the slide, without it we had a lot of ripped shorts. We hit Safeway for groceries and they had some for $3, it made all the different and felt safe. The kitchen was fully stocked and with the built in gas grill, we cooked all our meals at home, aside from 1 pizza delivery night. Mombo’s had great pizza! The house was very comfortable, we all slept great. We never saw the person that lives on the property. We didn’t need him for anything, but it was nice to know we could get onsite help, if needed. We went to the Charles Shultz museum 1 day and went back to Ice Skate. So fun!!
