With 2 older boys we really appreciated the space Liz's place offered and it was right near the beach, which was our main reason for visiting Seaham. The kitchen allowed us to cook all meals, from Scrambled eggs, to a roast chicken dinner. Also a bonus with 2 older boys, was having 2 bathrooms, and though we discovered after a windy rainy day on the beach that one shower didn't have hot water, Liz was very responsive to try and help us out, but we made due with the one shower which had great water pressure and the water was definitely nice and warm! Loads of towels and very comfy warm beds, and quiet at night. We will be back!

Liz's property was perfect for us to stay in while visiting family in the area. The location is ideal, within a short walk of a supermarket, shops, cafes and the beach. The house was as described, spacious, comfortable and clean, and parking was no issue. We'll definitely book again to visit the North East.

Elizabeth’s house is exactly how it’s described Immaculate, spotless , big bedrooms 2 great size bathroom everything you need in the house is there for you to use Excellent host would highly recommend the property and would definitely stay here again Thanks Brian and shirl
