Unfortunately I was charged more per night than what the listing showed on AIRBNB - the owner said she would fix it but didn't. She was very helpful in the check in and check out process. But due to the German cockroach infestation in the bathroom the resolution she was offering was not sufficient as she refused to rectify our night's stay there and still wanted to charge for cleaning services, therefore I had to reach out to AIRBNB directly to get the issue resolved. I believe the owner cares about her property but also was not willing to do what it takes to avoid conflict with this rental and address the situation properly. On a side note - the room was fairly clean however the bed is extremely hard. So depending on your preference it may not work for everyone as it was tough to get a good night sleep on it.

Denna's Air BnB was perfect for what we needed. Quiet and quaint and to the point.

When we arrived, the key was not where it was supposed to be. One was delivered 30 minutes later. Not a big deal. We did, however, have an issue with not having the two beds advertised in the listing. It has since been updated. When we reached out for compensation for this, we were ghosted. Traffic noise is a challenge as are the walls, which allow you to hear your neighbors' conversations and TV show at 2am. I, personally, would not consider this place "lovely". Maybe there are others that do. I would describe it as no frills. I would be less disappointed had I not paid so much and had the listing provided for more accurate expectations.
