We had an amazing stay! We loved the roof top views, openness of the condo, cleanliness, access to pool and surrounding locations. Eduardo was very responsive and was an amazing host. He was very responsive with any questions and suggestions of surroundings; even providing links to suggested restaurants and things to do! We plan to rent out several units next year and have family come as well. It does say that it is walkable but I would highly suggest a rental car. If you are in great shape, you can walk down hill to local shops, restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend this location. Not only was the price great, but we very much enjoyed our stay. It is peaceful, quiet and easily accessible to several beaches, shopping and restaurants. The roads are not always great in Costa Rica but the drive to and from this location is easy and paved! Thank you, Eduardo for an amazing stay in Costa Rica!

When we first arrived, my two friends and I were pleased with the accommodations. It was bright, airy and clean. The apartment block is located in a new development and thus (as far as we could tell) the apartment block didn’t have a name so we had to use coordinates from airbnb to catch Ubers. The accommodation is situated at the peak of an extremely steep hill with no access to convenient stores or food nearby. Restaurants and mini markets are located at the base of the hill which is a 20-30min descent. Quite manageable and great for exercise however, it’s imperative you plan ahead and stock up otherwise you will be stuck. I was on a girls trip with two friends so we were there to have a good time. We came home one evening after spending the day outdoors, turned on some music and began singing and dancing together. Unfortunately we didn’t realise how thin the walls were and we caused a disturbance which we immediately rectified. Great place if you want space, no laughter time.

Gorgeous apartment with a terrasse off a beautiful garden overlooking Coco beach bay with stunning views, especially from the common rooftop at sunset. This cute and small complex is located in a peaceful residential area 3mn drive from the beach and 7mn from the main street of Coco where most of restaurants and stores are. On top of everything, the lovely hosts, Domenica and Eduardo, are extremely responsive, accommodating, and have great local recommendations.
