This house was perfect for two families with kids. The views are absolutely stunning, the pictures don't do it justice. The house has two completely separate wings, each with two nice bedrooms & bathrooms, plus a detached apartment, so everyone had their own space. The gym was a great added feature, overlooking the beautiful ocean scenery. Byron was incredibly responsive throughout our stay and worked hard to make sure everything was taken care of for us. It's a quick drive down to the beach and to lots of restaurants, markets, etc. We had an amazing stay, and would highly recommend a visit!

We had 4 couples in our group & we had the BEST time staying at Krain’s place. Byron was very responsive on Whats App & if he wasn’t around, there was someone else to help! We have ZERO complaints about our absolutely luxurious stay at this house & cannot wait to book another trip with Krain! :)

Beautiful place to stay. You will not be disappointed. Make sure you rent a car as the house is a n a gated community and sits high up on the cliff. The host was responsive and provided great recommendations.

This property was simply amazing. The pictures in the listing were beautiful, and yet it was still better than we had expected. Our group of 9 adults which consisted of 3 couples and 3 single adults stayed comfortably in this home. The kitchen is top notch, and the outdoor space is simply breathtaking. It is situated up on a mountain so the view could not be beat. Krain was so responsive and easy to deal with, and gave us recommendations for food, tours, taxis and shuttles. We felt very well taken care of and would definitely stay here again should we be visiting the area. 100% the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in.

Beautiful, luxurious, Peaceful. This was the second half of our Costa Rican vacation. After four days of excursion in central Costa Rica this was meant to be our R&R portion of the vacation and this resort exceeded our expectations for that. Being able to spread out with the four bedrooms with private on suite bathrooms our youngest having her OWN private apartment, the infinity pool looking over the ocean from a mountain top, the insane chef's gourmet kitchen where we cooked most our food since we didn't ever want to leave this house. Seating options all over the sprawling patio and sun deck offered sun or shade, with ample gathering for our family of 9. The town is a quiet bedroom community but Play del Coco a short 15 minute drive away for groceries, restaurants and night life. Our family will be talking about this vacation for quite awhile.
