Witness the sunrise with the crashing ocean waves from the rear deck and then catch the sunset over the calming pond under the Edison lights from the front deck. Your rental includes the main home, which is perfect for multiple families vacationing together. The main floor has a separate private suite, behind two french doors off the living room, that includes a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and full-size washer and dryer, and will have two bedrooms, both with queen size beds, dressers, lamps, end tables and AC. The rest of the floor has the entryway with a sitting area, the main Living room, where the TV is going to be located, above the fireplace, with two and a half story cathedral ceilings, a fireplace, and access to the deck. Off of the living room is the chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a dining table with sweeping views of the ocean. There is also a slider to the deck as well. On the second floor, there is a master suite with its own half bath and views of the pond from one side of the bedroom and the ocean from the other. It also has its own TV and plenty of storage for clothing etc and AC. The rest of the second floor has a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and two additional bedrooms. One has a set of bunk beds with a full size mattress on the bottom and a twin size on the top. It overlooks the pond and has ocean views as well as AC. The other bedroom has sweeping views of the ocean, with a queen size bed in it, dresser, end table lamp and AC. All bedrooms have A/C in them as well as the Living Room and Entryway now, new this year! Please Note there is a ground-level unit that is an unconnected, self contained, separate unit that is NOT connected to the house by any means, meaning, no access between them is possible and the only entrance is located on the opposite side of the house on the exterior of the ground floor. It is occupied and not included in the rental You are renting the entire main home (2 Floors) and have access to the entire main home, connected decks, and driveway in front of garage that fits two cars in tandem as well as the stone driveways to the left of the driveway that fit two cars side by side that are all exclusive to this rental. We have tried to make our ocean home a private resort for you and your traveling group where you can show up and relax and not worry about a thing.
