OSPREY #1 Fantastic, Oceanfront Townhome on 78th Street, prime location end unit with gorgeous views! The home features an open-concept kitchen, living room, and dining area, and includes 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms and an outdoor shower. Enjoy relaxing on the three, breezy, oceanfront decks or watch the sunset, while sitting on a 4th deck located off the back of the unit. Surf and sand are a few steps away using the short, beach path over the dunes, next to the home. Interior, living space is spread over four levels, offering the whole group room to relax and unwind. The first floor features a stacked washer/dryer, half bath, and an enclosed front yard with privacy fence, including a gate that leads directly to the beach path. Also inside the front yard, you will find a dining table and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. The second floor features the main living space, including a family room, two outdoor decks, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, including a pantry. The group can dine together at the table for six, or step onto the deck to dine alfresco. The third floor features one full bathroom, an oceanfront master bedroom with a balcony and king-size bed, a second bedroom with a queen size bed and a full/twin bunk bed. The fourth floor includes one full bathroom, includes an oceanfront master bedroom with a balcony and queen-sized bed, as well as a second bedroom that also includes a queen size bed and a full/twin bunk bed. Also enjoy our 5 assigned parking spaces in The Osprey Townhomes parking lot.

Edie's place is beautiful ! The view is amazing ! We rented the house to our family vacation and it was perfect, lots of space, balcony on every floor. So close to the beach, and sitting on the balcony feels like you are there. The place was very clean, easy to check in and out - and Edie was very responsive with anything we need. House is stocked with any cooking utensils you would need. Already looking forward to coming back, would recommend !

I loved the thoughtful touches and charm of the house. The location is perfect for ease of access to the beach, and walking distance to many restaurants. Edie was very responsive and helpful, I loved my stay, and would definitely return.

Edie was the most fantastic host. Communication was immediate, and she was extremely accommodating. The house was very clean, and there was even more space than the pictures show. We had plenty of room for 14 of us. This home was literally on the beach, and it made our vacation super convenient and hassle-free. The multiple decks and outdoor spaces gave us 360 degree views of both the sunrise and sunset, which was just an added bonus. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with essentials and cookware. Parking wasn’t an issue, as there are 5 private spots as well as an entire street of free parking next to the home. All around, this was the best Airbnb I had ever stayed in. We had an incredible time staying here, and will 100% be booking again. Thank you, Edie!

Edie was such an amazing host! She was so responsive and made check in and check out a breeze! We had a family reunion and couldn’t have chosen a better location. This place was perfect! Right on the beach with all the beach necessities you need! Beautiful sunrise views and just overall a great experience!! We will definitely be back!

House was beautiful and very comfortable and very clean. Everything was accessible far as linens, household items. Very pleased with the services that was provided. Most definitely will stay again. 5 stars!!!
