Lock box is difficult to use. The place was dirty when I arrived 30 minutes past check in time. Called them; were responsive. Gave them 2.5 hours for their cleaner to clean it before I returned. It was clean but not thoroughly. Window unit is noisy which disrupts TV viewing or music. Window unit is also moldy and needs a filter change. TV is hard to work, even with written instructions. Bathroom is very small with a very small shower stall, and the shower curtain situation is ridiculous and doesn’t work well. Shower head is filthy and spray is bad. There was a ring of mold at the drain under the shower mat. Stove was superficially clean. The dish rack is too big to sit in sink and takes up limited counter space or has to sit above the sink. There is no dining table or work table. There is no place to put a suitcase. The closet is small. The unit is small overall with no good place to put your stuff in bathroom or otherwise. Kitchen is well appropriated. Never saw homeowner.
