Mossy Point is located between the pristine Tomaga River and Candlagan Creek.
Once part of the Batemans Bay to Moruya grand drive it has been bypassed and is often overlooked by visitors rushing along George Bass Drive. If only they knew of the little gem that lies to the east.
The Mossy Point Headland is on the south side of the Tomago River where you will find a boat ramp, the sheds of a local kayak and bicycle hire company and the anchor memorial , the village of Mossy Point is a secluded spot comprising mostly residential houses.
Go for a cycle
The esplanade cycleway leads from the Candalagan Bridge to the Sth Broulee beach. Beyond that you can cycle to North Head Moruya along the beachside fire trail. Or world class mountain biking at Mogo and Ridge road Surf Beach.
Go Fishing
Eurobodalla is a fishing wonderland with land and water options available to suit all ages and all abilities.

Go for a Walk
Walking around Mossy Point and Broulee is a pleasure. Start off exploring the point and the riverside. The streets of Mossy Point are wide and safe and well worth an explore on their own. Then wander the cycleway that links the Mossy Point and Broulee and explore further along the beach or into the dunes, North Broulee beach, Broulee Island or the rock ledges to the east of Broulee Beach. After you have done that there is a wonderful inland circuit you can do accessible via The Bower (just follow the signs).

Go Surfing or Kayaking
Why not try your hand at surfing or stand up paddle boarding. Kayaking is a pure pleasure on the Tomaga River that you can access from the river bank or at the boat ramp.

Mossy Point cafe, Killibinbin cafe and the Broulee Brewhouse are all within easy walking distance from the Homestead. There are push bikes available for use should you choose to venture further.
