We had a small technical hitch with the booking, Lisa & Les sorted it all out so our trip wasn’t impacted at all. We had a great stay on a lovely peaceful site , really convenient for the M6 , a perfect stop over on the way to or from Scotland. Thanks so much Lisa and Les.

We only stayed for 1 night on our way heading south from our holiday in Scotland. We found the lodge very easy to find with the instructions provided. The lodge is situated on a lovely holiday park just outside of Longtown with gated access, (the gates are closed in the evening with a coded keypad access) so very secure. There is a dog walking field on site and green area for kids. The lodge is small but the way the furniture is arranged we were amazed at how much furniture had fitted into the lodge (in a good way) and the owners have done an amazing job of utilising space. The lodge was very clean with lovely decor and the beds were very comfortable. There is an enclosed balcony at the front and side of the lodge which is perfect for our dog but a smallish dog (Yorkshire terrier or Chihuahua might be able to squeeze through) and a little lawn garden at the side that isn't enclosed. We had a lovely stay.
