Beautiful spacious home. Lovely outdoor sitting area. You are in the jungle so be prepared, the critters are very loud at night. Suggest you bring ear plugs. ,

We absolutely loved Eric’s house! The location was excellent, Eric is a great host and the house is so beautiful and comfortable! We especially loved the two recliners and the frog/bird/insect symphony every night! 10 stars for Eric and his house! One of my favorite vacations !

We really enjoyed our week at Eric’s place. Plenty of room, huge lanai, very comfy space. We liked having several meals at home and some nights “in”. *pick up groceries before checking-in & bring coffee. An interesting beach is a quick walk and we were entertained by hearing the drum circle on Sunday evening! Lots of birds, fauna and even rainbows. If you time it right, you can catch the sunrise over the ocean from the covered outdoor space. Eric met us at check-in and provided a quick overview. He was always available when we had questions. I would absolutely stay here again.

Eric was a gracious host The home was well appointed with everything we wanted. Peekaboo ocean Views from the patio were perfect for breakfast and dinner dining. A great kitchen with lots of cooking utensils. A beautiful short walk to a gem of a black sand beach. Eric’s home exceeded my expectations! Will be back!
