The 550 square foot studio apartment is an attic space above a historic Athens home and has it’s own, separate entry. Enjoy the peace and quiet of our family friendly neighborhood, with the convenience of a perfect location, central to UGA, 5 Points, and downtown Athens! This is an attic apartment, accessible only via exterior steps.
